• How to get starting the business with us?

Call: 713 782 7070 and 713 782 3457 or e-mail to sales@amyleebridal.com get into links with us. Explain your intention. Our staff will discuss the details with you.

• How to become a general retailer of our products?

At first you have to get links with us. Then fax your business license and tax ID certificate to  713 532 9486 We will send you the catalog and price list with your first order.

• How to become an exclusive agent in your area?

We have an agency agreement. Please see the details Agency Agreement. Of course, the business license and tax ID certificate copies are required.

• How to place an order?

Please fill out our online order form at our website, submit it after you finished. We will sign it and fax it to you for your signature confirmation, and then please you fax it back for our file.

• What is the minimum order?

First order to open account with us are six pieces, after that initial order you will order one by one or wherever you need it.

• How to pay for your order?

1.By paypal,credit card, T/T or cash. 30% deposits when placing an order. Pay off all 70% balance before seven days before shipping date.

2.For customer outside USA, we just accept T/T.

• Delivery.

Delivery will be effected within 8-10 weeks after received your 30% deposits.

• Returning goods

Because of the factors of the quality of our products, returning goods will be allowed within seven days since you received our products. When returning goods, the returned goods have to be kept as good conditions as the goods reached your hands, including the package must be good, not to wear or alter the dresses. Although thus, you have to get links with us before you return the goods. Others for the buyer's duties, returning goods is not allowed.
